En C\u00e1ceres se inician los preparativos para recibir a miles de j\u00f3venes a los que hay que instruir como soldados. En el Campamento Santa Ana se construyen barracones de madera en los que dormir\u00e1n los primeros reclutas.<\/p>\n<p>El coronel jefe de Argel, <strong>Eugenio Junc\u00e1 Casadeval<\/strong>, pasa a ser Coronel Jefe del CIR n\u00famero 3 Santa Ana, de la Primera Regi\u00f3n Militar.
