Ponemos a cocer a fuego bajo.<\/li>\n<li>Preparamos un majado con los ajos, el pan y un poco de aceite, cuando est\u00e9 bien machacado a\u00f1adimos el zumo de lim\u00f3n y se lo incorporamos al guiso.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la carne est\u00e9 blanda, la retiramos de la cazuela y a\u00f1adimos el piment\u00f3n.
