Y cocemos durante otros 20 minutos, ponemos a punto de sal y comprobamos la ternura de todas las carnes.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando ya est\u00e9 todo cocido, hacemos un sofrito de ajo y pimiento seco picado y se lo incorporamos al conjunto.
