Transcurridos unos minutos incorporamos el calabac\u00edn, tambi\u00e9n en daditos. Se salpimienta y se deja cocinar a fuego lento durante 20 minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n incorporamos en chorizo picado y las cucharadas de tomate.
