Se reserva<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la leche est\u00e9 hirviendo, se retira la canela y se baja el fuego, se va incorporando el huevo batido poco a poco y con la ayuda de una varilla se mueve continuamente la leche hasta que empiece a espesar, se retira\u00a0 del fuego y se vierte en los recipientes adecuados.
