La concentraci\u00f3n y salida de los caminantes se realizar\u00e1 en la Plaza de Francisca Sosa de Barcarrota a las 9 horas. La marcha, de 14 kil\u00f3metros, tiene\u00a0 dificultad baja. El regreso al mismo punto est\u00e1 previsto sobre las\u00a0 13 horas. En ese momento dar\u00e1 comienzo\u00a0 el IV Concurso de Corte de Jam\u00f3n y de la Ruta de la Tapa. A las 13,30 horas habr\u00e1 elaboraci\u00f3n de platos en directo, a las 14 horas, una degustaci\u00f3n de patatas con costillas de cerdo y jam\u00f3n iberico, y a las 15 horas tendr\u00e1 lugar el exhibici\u00f3n de deshuesado de jam\u00f3n y paleta. La entraga de premios ser\u00e1 a las 15,30 entrega de premios y a las 16 horas pasamos al postre con un concurso de reposter\u00eda tradicional.<br \/>\nEn las inmediaciones de la Plaza Francisca Sosa se instalar\u00e1 un Mercado Artesanal.<\/p>\n<p>La inscripci\u00f3n en la ruta es gratuita y necesaria.
